Having to gain a clear idea of the market in which we offer an exchangeable and refund* merchandises services under our policies.

*Exchange policy  
An exchange can be requested if:
  • Merchandise does not match the size or color of the ordered item.
  • Exchange is initiated within 5 days from date of invoice.
Though this is unlikely, as we will check the goods before dispatch. To initiate an exchange, email us the following information:
  1. Attach the picture of the unmatched item
  2. Name/Nickname
  3. Item code
  4. Brief description of the unmatched item
  5. Attach the invoice
We will bear all postage costs involving the exchange process which includes your costs of postage back and forth.

*Refund policy   
If the item that you have order is out of stock, we will do the necessary refund and inform you.

All items purchased are not refundable or exchangeable unless unmatched items. We only accepts return items that are unused and in their original packaging and tag. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference.
